On June 9ths edition of Friday Night SmackDown Jey Uso still has not revealed who his allegiances align with.
Paul Heyman started SmackDown with Jey Uso by voicing his opinion on the Heys relationship with brother Jimmy Uso. Heyman went on to say there is animosity between the brothers.
He stated the animosity stems from Roman Reigns always wanting Jey to be the next Tribal Chief. He went on to say that Jimmy wants to be the Tribal Chief instead of Jey.
Heyman then announced Jey would have the main event match of June 9ths SmackDown. Jey Uso would be challenging for the United States Champion Austin Theory.
Later in the show in a backstage segment Sami Zayn states how he wishes he and Jey would have spent more time together while Zayn was in the Bloodline. Zayn blamed Roman Reigns for not being able to spend time together.
He also expressed his support for Jey challenging to become the next Tribal Chief. Zayn warned of the consequences that would come with the challenge.
Jey did not state who was aligned with. If Jey was to stay in the Bloodline he wants Heyman out.
The tensions in the Bloodline spilt into the main event match. While Jey Uso was Challenging Austin Theory for the United States Championship there was a lot going on inside and out of the ring but it was action pact and exciting to watch.
Pretty Deadly came out to attack Jey Uso but brother Jimmy Uso put a stop to it. Then Solo Sikoa attacked Jimmy for protecting Jey.
Sikoa tried to land a Sonoman Spike but Jey blocked. In the mixup Jimmy accidentally gave Jey a Superkick. Then Jimmy and Sikoa continued outside the ring creating a distraction. This gave Theory enough time to pin Jey Uso to retain his title.
There has been a lot of buzz around the Bloodline and what Jey Uso will be choosing. What does this mean for Jey Uso and the Bloodline?
