“Time stands still when you are fully present in the moment” Unknown Last week on Smackdown after 4 years away the Rock made his WWE return home. There was no promotion for this and that was the best way to do it because the pop he received both from the fans in the arena and those watching at home was genuine and pure shock and excitement. I’ve been a wrestling fan for pretty much Rock’s entire run in this business and I can honestly say there is no one that can electrify a crowd like him. The moniker the People’s…

From Baron Corbin’s joke-telling sidekick to Emma’s boyfriend, WWE could never find a way to truly nail down Riddick’s gimmick. He was clearly set for something big under Vince McMahon, but the guy could never truly connect to the audience, even after wins over the ever-so-hated Baron Corbin. It’s clear that with both creatives he was under, he was really a fumble on the WWE’s behalf. Vince’s Booking Credit – Catch-Newz Moss made his main roster debut as a part of the 24/7 Championship title scene. For a guy with his build to debut competing with the likes of Mojo…

If you watched the Pat McAfee Show this week, then you would’ve seen The Rock announce that he actually had a match against Roman Reigns locked in for Wrestlemania 39, while also massively hinting at taking on Roman at Wrestlemania 40 in Philadelphia instead. Shortly after this, The Rock would then make a stunning return on Smackdown to hit a People’s Elbow on Austin Theory. The idea of Roman Reigns vs The Rock has got overall, a very positive reaction on social media. But I have mixed feelings about this happening, especially if it’s for Roman’s WWE Undisputed Universal Championship.…

The start of Becky Lynch’s second NXT run is upon us and this is why I think it will be great for everyone. This week on NXT, The Man challenged Tiffany Stratton for her NXT Women’s Championship. After a brilliant match, Becky was able to hit the Manhandle Slam for the victory and become the new NXT Women’s Champion. The reaction to this match has been met with mostly positive voices, although there are some divided opinions on this decision. But I think this is the right decision from NXT for many reasons. Why is Becky’s NXT run a good…

This week on RAW, Gunther and Chad Gable had an incredible match in the main event, and one that I believe to be one of the best TV Matches Of The Year. I know a lot of you might disagree with this take, but I genuinely don’t believe there has been many TV matches as good as this one so far this year. So I’ve just made a small article to explain why I believe this, but most of all it is an appreciation article for this fantastic match. Why was this match so good? The most notable reason why…

Never say Never! Charles Dickens These three little words have been said over and over again in the wrestling business because there are no truer words that can ever be said. I never thought when I wrote about CM Punk’s return to the wrestling business for AEW, that a little more than two years later I would be talking about CM Punk possibly returning home to WWE after being fired by AEW. The Meteoric Rise & Fall Of CM Punk’s AEW Run: CM Punk’s return to wrestling did not go how anyone expected and I don’t think anyone expected the complete…

“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you start where you are and change the ending.” C.S. Lewis Photo Credit – WWE On April 11, 2011, Adam Copeland (Edge) had to do something he never wanted to do, he was forced to give up something that was his boyhood dream, the thing he wanted the most, he was forced to give up his career as a professional wrestler. He knew that one day that he would have to retire, but not at only 37 years old. Adam’s neck injury was severe enough that he was strongly advised to…

Rey Mysterio is one of the best performers alive inside a professional wrestling ring. His legacy is tough to match for any wrestler, and there is no doubt he will go down as one of the greats. He is in the twilight of his career and has much fun with the LWO. Mysterio recently won the United States championship from Austin Theory. It is always great to see a legend hold gold. However, I believe that Mysterio was the wrong person to end Theory’s reign. Mysterio’s Legacy Photo Credit-WWE Mysterio is a WWE Hall of Famer with notable achievements under…
