November will be dedicated to the 25th anniversary of The Great One’s debut.
WWE announced today that they are going to be celebrating the 25th anniversary of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s WWE debut this month.
The Rock made his debut for WWE at Survivor Series 1996 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The Great One made his debut as Rocky Maivia where he teamed with Jake Roberts, Marc Mero and The Stalker as they went on to beat the team of Triple H, Crush, Jerry Lawler and Goldust.
He has now become arguably the most popular and well known wrestler of all time. The Great One became a legend in WWE, having great in ring ability and being one of the most entertaining wrestlers of all time. Now he is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood.
This celebration will take place this month and this will include lots of different content on social media and a new episode of WWE Best Of and that will premiere on Peacock and WWE Network.
There have previously been reports that WWE would like The Rock to appear at Survivor Series this year, could this mean that we will see the return of the Most Electrifying Man In All Of Sports Entertainment in WWE?
