PERFECT Seth Rollins Promo: WWE Smackdown April 18 2025 Opening Promo
In the most effective way to target Punk with how he was in the ring, Seth sat cross legged in the ring. Seth would accuse CM Punk of only caring for himself. Coming back for fat cheques. Indirectly mentioning AEW and how the bridge was burned in that company. Accusing Punk for returning to WWE for a big fat check as well. Talking about Roman after and how the shield was brought in to support Punk. Referring to Heyman’s involvement in bringing them into the shield. Seth has been the unsung hero of the program for the last few weeks. Bringing up Wrestlemania 40, how he was the shield to stop Roman Reigns from retaining despite being so broken down. Seth received thank you chants and a serenade of his theme. He would claim this is the most important triple threat match in the history of WWE. While saying he was going to be the one to make sure the business moves in the right direction. Also claiming that it was a spoiler, Heyman fashion.

GREAT Andre The Giant Battle Royal: WWE Smackdown April 18 2025 First Match
This is a fun match. With a focus on several things. Using an early elimination from Chad Gable to get an El Grande Americano appearance. Really using the new found respect between The Miz and Carmelo Hayes to help Hayes advance throughout the match. The final three was really well done with Hayes, Fenix and Andrade. Andrade and Melo being the last two competitors within the match to reignite their issues was well done. I really enjoyed the finish with both men on the middle rope and Hayes being able to count it to get the result he wanted.
Results: Carmelo Hayes by Survival via Last Eliminating Andrade

GREAT Bianca Belair, Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley Promo:
After weeks of complaining about every little thing, like Bianca being ringside for the match. Days after claiming Iyo was whining about the title shot and Mania. Rhea wants to just forget about it and move on to Mania. Claiming she is the next champion. Iyo comes out and Bianca does shortly after. Bianca is continuing to get booed and it is fascinating that it is a continuing pattern. Naomi would come out and express how she was mad that Bianca wouldn’t settle their stuff privately. Claiming that she was too busy for Smackdown anymore. It wasn’t too much longer until Jade came out. With Naomi retreating, Rhea was about to address Jade in front of Belair. Naomi pushed Jade into Rhea and Bianca and a brawl took place. They went outside the ring and Iyo Sky was able to prepare a moonsault and connect with it.

GOOD Street Profits Vs MCMG – WWE Tag Team Championships:
Good enough match for what it was. It was about 9 minutes and then Johnny Gargano would attack and end the match. It was a predictable result but outside of the tag team psychology and the wrestling being really good, it was a standard and nothing match.
Results: Street Profits by DQ via DIY Interference
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 3.00 Stars
GREAT Randy Orton Promo:
Randy says basic stuff well in this promo. He sets up the fact that he will be at Wrestlemania, prepared for a fight for his 20th Wrestlemania. Mentioning his legacy and not wanting to sit on the sidelines. Its a solid promo but nothing over the top great or amazing about it.
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 3.75 Stars
SQUASH Chelsea Green Vs Zelina Vega:
Short and sweet with a solid finish. Zelina gets a code red from the top. It looks good but its a short match with Vega getting the win.
Results: Zelina Vega by Pinfall via Avalanche Code Red
GREAT LA Knight Promo:
A fun little promo that establishes that LA Knight is going after all of the bloodline. Dealing with Tama in the parking lot earlier in the show. Next being Solo and then tomorrow being Jacob Fatu. He admits Jacob will be a future champion, but that there’s no guarantee that it would be the US champ. Gets his catchphrase to end a solid promo.
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 3.75 Stars
GREAT LA Knight and Braun Strowman Vs Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu:
After a squash match ending with Jacob Fatu attacking LA Knight. Braun Strowman makes the save. This is another good and solid match. Nothing over the top great about it, but its fun. Braun and LA have the crowd over. The finish protects Jacob Fatu in defeat with LA Knight getting the pin on Sikoa.
Results: LA Knight by Pinfall via BFT on Solo Sikoa
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 3.50 Stars
GREAT American Made Vs Dragon Lee, Fenix and Rey Mysterio:
Another really fun six man tag from American Made. This isn’t as solid as the one from a few Raw’s ago but its fun. Dragon Lee and Fenix both do great stuff in the mix with the Creeds and Gable. Fenix getting the win after both Lee and him target Julius fit.
Results: Fenix by Pinfall via top rope meteora on Julius Creed.

PERFECT John Cena and Cody Rhodes Face To Face: WWE Smackdown April 18 2025 Closing Promo
Once again Cody Rhodes nearly lost the fans with John Cena’s ability on the mic, but he gets the back. Both men shoot amazing shots towards each other. Cena ended the promo on his back after another cross Rhodes as he tried to attack the champion. Worth the watch for a promo!
