Two weeks till Montreal’s Elimination Chamber and tonights Raw looks to fill the chambers up! We have a fatal four way to determine the last women to enter the match. Also Damien Priest Vs Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford Vs Elias are the final two United States Qualifiers. We hear from Edge and Beth Phoenix as well as Cody Rhodes. And the long awaited Steel Cage match looks to deliver after Damage CTRL stopped it from happening at Raw XXX.
GREAT Edge and Beth Phoenix Promo:
Edge claims The Judgment Day is his fault but the Judgment Day has served its purpose of elevating talent. Edge calls himself a sick sadistic bastard. Beth is about to give a challenge before Judgment Day comes out. Finn states there is a pattern in the Judgment Day laying out Edge and Beth. Dom continues to say he served hard-time and doesn’t want to show what he learned on the inside. Edge roasts Dom before Beth says she wants to beat up Rhea Ripley. Beth officially challenges them for a mixed tag at Elimination Chamber. Edge, Angelo Dawkins and Beth Phoenix stand tall after Damien is sent out of the ring. Finn got speared and Beth Glam Slammed Dominik Mysterio.

GOOD Damien Priest Vs Angelo Dawkins – Elimination Chamber Qualifier:
Dawkins uses his ability to start off hot. Getting a pounce onto the announce table. Priest gets control, getting a nearfall after a broken arrow. Angelo fights back getting a jumping kick before tossing him out of the ring. Priest counters Angelo before getting a springboarding pump kick off of the steps before going to commercial. Dawkins gets the spinning splash in the corner before hitting a big exploder. Priest gets a superkick and an elevated flatliner for a nearfall. Angelo gets a gorgeous swanton bomb but Priest kicks out. Priest gets the south from heaven for the win.

SQUASH Baron Corbin with JBL Vs Dexter Lumis with Johnny Gargano:
Short match, Dexter getting the shock upset. Commentary told the story of JBL being dissatisfied with Baron Corbin after his praise of being a Wrestling God.

GREAT Brock Lesnar Promo:
Brock says he had to clear his head, but his rumble experience sucked. Says Bobby Lashley is now in his mind. Brock says inside his five dollar jean jacket is a folded multi million dollar contract. Brock challenges Bobby Lashley to sign the contract for Elimination Chamber. Lashley comes out and says he needs his agent and lawyer to look over the contract. Bobby pokes Brock in the nose before Brock gives him two F5’s. Brock on the mic is just comedy and the crowd was really behind the resident cowboy.

GOOD Michin Mia Yim Vs Candice LeRae Vs Piper Niven Vs Carmella – Elimination Chamber Qualifier:
Honestly this match got a commercial break in the match and had some solid stuff. Piper Niven truly plays the bigger wrestler role greatly, and is very much known as being a very safe worker. Carmella got to do what she does best and be a snake to steal the victory. I enjoyed the match.

Corbin acts like nothing happened but JBL claims his Legacy has been tarnished because of Corbin being a clown. JBL tells Baron you can’t polish a turd.
Piper Niven attempts to bully Candice but Michin makes the save. Piper warns both of them about getting in her way.
SQUASH Alpha Academy Vs Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander:
Alpha Academy continues to be great. There was some good tag stuff but overall the match was too short. Cedric and Shelton get the win as they were with MVP.

SQUASH Chelsea Green Vs Asuka: Summary
Chelsea gets some cheap shots on Asuka as she trash talks to chamber participations that are ringside. Liv, Raquel, Nikki, Natalya and Carmella. Asuka gets up and makes quick work of Chelsea Green.
Results: Asuka by submission via double fujiwara armbar like hold.
Bianca comes out after with all chamber competitors around the ring. Belair talks about the competitors before saying she was in their position. Bianca then wishes them good luck and says she will be ready to see the winner at wrestlemania.
PERFECT Cody Rhodes Promo:
Powerful stuff. Cody came out, started to talk about Roman. Paul Heyman came out and Paul and Cody made magic together. Paul was so touched and caught off guard he broke from Cody’s words about Dusty. The crowd was hanging on to every single word that was said. This promo was what will sell a lot of fans on this wrestlemania match.

GOOD Elias Vs Montez Ford – Elimination Chamber Qualifier, Austin Theory on Commentary:
This match was alright. Austin’s commentary was solid. The crowd was into most of the match including Ford’s dive and frog splash. After the match, Seth attacked and stomped Theory on the outside of the ring.

GREAT Becky Lynch Vs Bayley – Steel Cage Match:
First section of the match and back and forth action with them using the cage as a weapon. Bayley gets a diving elbow drop for a nearfall before going to commercial. During the break, they show Bayley getting the sunset slingshot into the corner. Bayley attempts to climb the corner after being thrown to it, Becky ends up draping Bayley over the top rope and gets a diving leg drop. Bayley steals a leg lock as Becky attempts to break out of it. Lynch gets locked back into it after the first escape.
Bayley gets a “Bayley to Belly” off of the top rope for a nearfall. Just barely escaping but Becky ends up saving the match. Becky gets a disarmher on the top of the cage before Sky starts to climb the cage. Sky stops Becky while Kai gives her crutch to Bayley. As Bayley uses the crutch, Lita makes the assist. Becky gets the win.

Overall…
Raw was solid. With the crowd being really good and all the top stars were over and getting reactions. There were multiple stories advanced in new ways. The structure of the show was good and the matches were good for a weekly show. Pretty basic Raw that is good for the full show.
