WWE Raw November 13 2023 provided a storyline heavy show. Most of the minor stories like the DIY and Imperium stuff, Shinsuke Nakamura’s call outs, Alpha Academy and Women's tag championships were present in the card. The Miz gained momentum in his victory while also providing rationale for going for Gunther. But the show revolved and was built around the main event. We saw two major developments in JD McDonagh finally becoming a member of the Judgment Day since he took a spear for Damian. And Drew McIntyre has seemingly taken Rhea Ripley’s offer to join The Judgment Day. While the matches were good and entertaining, no matches stand out as anything “must see.” The show structure, while building surrounding the biggest story on the show. The middle of the show was kinda weak. The women's matches being squash matches and Vinci Vs Ciampa was just there despite being important to the Inter-Imperium dynamics.
WWE Raw November 13 2023 marks one week since the Judgment Day and others were sentenced to War Games. Who gains Survivor Series momentum when Finn and Damian defend against Cody and Jey Uso? Drew McIntyre walked out of Raw last week and his status for tonight is unknown. Otis takes on Shinsuke Nakamura to avenge Akira Tozawa. The Miz snuck the victory last week, but faces a Viking in Ivar tonight. Ludwig Kaiser looks to continue Imperium’s momentum over DIY as he faces Tommaso Ciampa one on one. And one week after being laid out, will Becky Lynch try to get revenge on Xia Li?
AMAZING Cody Rhodes Promo: WWE Raw November 13 2023 Opening Promo
Cody Rhodes makes a promise to the people in attendance that he and Jey Uso will win the undisputed tag team championships in the main event. Rhodes then mentions that the match beyond is on the horizon at Survivor Series. Cody lets all of the guys come out, Jey then Sami then Seth. Before Cody Rhodes could address Seth, the Judgment Day arrived. Several shots are sent back and forth from Judgment Day to Team Cody, and Team Cody to the Judgment Day. Cody ends up poking Damian Priest again as he questions who the leader is. Damian aggressively states that he is the leader with the Judgment Day watching him. Seth had enough with the back and forth before saying there were four men who weren’t in the Main event to have a match now. Damian accepts on behalf of JD and Dominik before they cut to commercial.

GREAT Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn Vs JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio: WWE Raw November 13 2023 First Match.
This match had a basic story, from Seth and Sami wanting a match and Damian being the reason JD and Dom are in it. With solid tag psychology and psychology from all men, the hot tags that were present were effective. The crowd was also quite hot for the match from start to finish. The match ended with Finn and Damian coming out and attacking Seth and Sami. Cody and Jey ran down and the scene of the brawl was similar to last week’s ending of Raw. A fairly basic match that got a boost from the atmosphere of the match.
Results: Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn by DQ via Finn and Damian Interference
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 3.50 Stars
GREAT Rhea Ripley and Adam Pearce Promo:
Adam Pearce had come down to the ring during the brawl. Pearce would claim that it was another match ruined by the issues between the eight men and Rhea Ripley. To keep it from happening in the main event, Adam bans everyone not in the match from ringside and the Arena. Once back from commercial, Rhea Ripley is still frustrated with the decision. Adam Pearce continues to be so good on the mic as he stops Rhea by saying that he runs Monday Night Raw. Zoey Stark came out and tried to criticize that Rhea was focusing on other things that weren’t related to her. Ripley shuts Zoey up by telling her that she wasn’t underestimating Zoey, listing off accomplishments of hers since arriving to Raw. Zoey tries to get Rhea to give her credit for nearly winning at Crown Jewel. Rhea tries to strike first but Zoey tosses Rhea over the top rope, Zoey nearly does a top rope dive as Rhea retreats.

Cody dismisses Sami Zayn as Sami and Seth are walking through the halls after being banned from the arena. Cody talks to Seth backstage as they talk about Survivor Series, Cody wanting to know if for 1 day out of 365 they can be good. Seth would reveal that he doesn’t and doubts he ever will like Cody but he respects him before telling Cody to win the titles in the main event.
GOOD Shinsuke Nakamura with Alpha Academy Vs Otis:
Otis uses his size to get the early advantage, including doing his own good vibrations. To Mock Shinsuke Nakamura. The crowd very much got into this match after the commercial, with the number of nearfalls that Otis got on Shinsuke getting good reactions. I liked a lot of the exchanges in this match, with Otis reversing a kinshasa with a powerbomb. The finish contained Otis needing a middle rope kinshasa, a kinshasa to the back of his head and a normal one for Otis to be put away. After the match as Alpha Academy consulted Otis, Shinsuke Nakamura taunts Chad Gable before leaving the ring and doing the come on!!
Results: Shinsuke Nakamura by Pinfall via Kinshasa

War Games Video Package 1.
Drew McIntyre runs into Seth Rollins and tells him that he was meaning to give him something. McIntyre tells Seth that Seth does the championship justice as a true champion. The two shake hands and exchange respect before Seth walks away.
SQUASH Piper Niven with Chelsea Green Vs Tegan Nox with Natalya:
Piper dominated this match and Tegan got some counters. Chelsea Green became a problem before Natalya pushed her down on the apron. Piper pushed Natalya off of the apron. Tegan countered an attempt of Piper sitting down onto her with a crucifix pin for the win.
Results: Tegan Nox by Pinfall via Crucifix Roll Up
Miz is interviewed by Jackie Redmond as he is asked about going after Gunther. Ivar comes in before mentioning that The Miz was lucky. Bronson Reed then comes in, starting beef with Ivar. Miz escapes as Valhalla gets in Reed’s face.
GOOD Ludwig Kaiser Vs Tommaso Ciampa:
I have mixed feelings about this match, there were a number of moves that did not look as clean as they have before. And I do like both men in this match. With Giovanni Vinci being removed from Ringside, he still played an integral part in Kaiser winning. Vinci returned and booted Gargano out of nowhere, distracting Ciampa.
Results: Ludwig Kaiser by Pinfall via Tights Assisted Roll Up
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 3.00 Stars
Damian, Dominik, Finn and Rhea are talking in their lair. Rhea Ripley shares the belief that maybe Damian leading the team is best for War Games. Damian than nods as he takes responsibility for
SQUASH Xia Li Vs Indi Hartwell:
Another fairly short match from Xia Li. The same type of stoppage with the spinning kick. I’m personally not a fan of them. After the match, Becky Lynch comes out and says that she is ready for a fight on her time. They nearly get into a brawl before Xia retreats and Becky reveals a match for next week between them.
Results: Xia Li by Referee Stoppage via Spinning Kick
The Miz is greeted by Gunther as Gunther shares feelings of being shocked Miz became the winner. Gunther is then told by the Miz that he shares no hesitation in doing whatever to win.
GOOD Ivar Vs The Miz:
This was another solid match, The Miz knows how to get himself over as a face. With more athletic moves, the crowd was in the palm of Miz’s hands for the nearfalls in the match. Bronson Reed also showed up and sat in a chair to watch the match. Miz’s words to Gunther were true because he stopped Ivar’s moonsault and hit a powerbomb while putting his feet on the ropes for the pin. The pop for Miz actually winning by cheating was very hot too.
Results: The Miz by Pinfall via Rope Assisted Powerbomb Pin Combo
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 3.25 Stars
JD McDonagh was given a new jacket and official membership from Damian Priest before Finn told JD to get Dom and get out of the Arena.
Gunther seemingly has turned his respect to Vinci’s instinct based on the match. Ludwig might be in the doghouse now? Indus Sher sent a message to Ludwig about his next move being the right move.
Alpha Academy is consulting Otis and the creeds are looking to train with them. Ivy and Maxxine might be starting a bond between themselves.
GREAT Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes Vs Finn Balor and Damian Priest – Undisputed Tag Team Championships: WWE Raw November 13 2023 Main Event
Aside from the repetitive nature over the last how many months, the main event was still a solidly wrestled match. There was great action and great nearfalls as we built to the finish. Having a literal YEET hot tag as Jey got Yeet chants after every strike he hit. Jey dives onto both men on the outside before throwing Finn into the ring. As the ref is distracted by Cody, Drew McIntyre appears and Claymores Jey. Drew throws Jey into the ring for Finn as he walks up to the stage. As the judgment Day wins and the theme is playing, Rhea comes out through the curtain. The show ends with Drew and Rhea shaking hands.
Results: Finn Balor by Pinfall via Drew McIntyre’s Claymore
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 3.75 Stars
