WWE Raw May 19 2025 is a largely amazing episode of Raw. With a very hot crowd that from start to finish was reacting for the entirety of the show. The crowd was electric and a very high quality crowd for a non international event. Everything felt better because of them. The matches were really well done, with an over delivering tag match. A fun triple threat match, Sheamus being Sheamus and Bron Vs Jey having great chemistry in the ring. The episode had an overarching theme surrounding Jey Uso being the target, Bron being set up to just damage him. We get moments with Seth and Logan, Seth and Gunther, Paul and Jey. The world title picture is the main focus of the episode. While the main event was a clearly telegraphed non finish, the moment of CM Punk and Sami Zayn coming out to go after Seth and Bron was very well done and well received. Logan started the show talking about knocking out Jey 3 times and ended it by doing it a fourth time.
WWE Raw May 19 2025 brings a loaded show with the beginning of MITB qualifiers. Becky Lynch facing Natalya and Roxanne Perez. Rhea Ripley taking on Zoey Stark and the returning Kairi Sane. A makeshift tag team of Penta and AJ Styles face JD McDonagh and Finn Balor. Grayson Waller takes on Sheamus, this time he gets the chance to prepare. And Bron Breakker Vs Jey Uso main eventing in non title action.
GREAT Logan Paul Promo: WWE Raw May 19 2025 Opening Promo
Logan would come out and of course has the heat. He starts talking like he is listing things off. Calling everything facts like Jey submitting Gunther and being World Heavyweight Champion. Saying similar things that have been said Jey can’t handle the championship pressure and bringing up knocking him out three times.
Gunther would come out and give Logan Paul some respect for being a great business mind. He also then lays down the law saying that Jey submitting him was something he took personally. Telling Logan that he wants to be the one to beat Jey, and if Logan did beat Jey, he would take it personal for Logan taking away his desires of dethroning Jey. Promising to eat Logan alive with the crowd siding with him in this moment. Logan is mad at Gunther leaving him in the ring but Jey Uso comes behind him, yeets and hits a superkick.

AMAZING AJ Styles and Penta Vs Finn Balor and JD McDonagh: WWE Raw May 19 2025 First Match
As a whole this is a really fun and enjoyable tag match. This match goes the distance, its a 17+ minute match and is the longest on the show. The crowd is firmly behind AJ Styles, giving him great reactions along with Penta getting his moments also. The heels spent time using the numbers game and played the heel tag team role well. Finn and JD work together well as a team. Great moments like Styles hitting the moonsault DDT. Carlito continues to be a difference maker and Styles has to tag Penta for the hot tag. Penta gets the hot tag, also hit with a spanish fly from JD.
Penta goes to the top and is distracted by Carlito with JD distracting the ref. An exchange happens on the outside with Styles taking out Carlito, JD hitting a tope to AJ, Penta connecting with a destroyer after jumping off of the steps. Once again Penta is hit with the loaded mask from Grande Americano. He is put into the ring and Finn capitalizes for the win.
Results: Finn Balor by Pinfall via Coup De Grace on Penta

AMAZING Becky Lynch Vs Natalya Vs Roxanne Perez – MITB Qualifier:
Another really good match as a whole. There are some timing whiffs in it but it is a triple threat match that has innovative spots and sequences. Roxanne hits a leg sweep while Nattie hits the discus clothesline on Becky. Becky moves out of the way from the cartwheel knee drop from Roxanne. Natalya even gets a double sharpshooter and gets an amazing pop for it. Lyra Valkyria ended up pulling Becky out of the ring and attacking her. They brawled outside of the ring, Lynch trying to get back into the match she was apart of. Lyra ended up bringing her back out of the ring before Roxanne got a pop rox on Natalya for the win. A very hot crowd for most of the match and everything landed in terms of getting a reaction for the finish.
Results: Roxanne Perez by Pinfall via Pop Rox on Natalya

GREAT Sheamus Vs Grayson Waller:
The WWE Universe are ready for Theory to turn face! Theory was getting chants while the action was ongoing. Sheamus was also getting a great reaction like he always does now. With moments like Theory helping Waller but Waller claiming Austin should be taking notes. Theory even stopping Waller from leaving the match. This is the first main roster match that there is real movement for issues between the two of them. Waller has a couple of rough moments with the backpack cravat not looking good and the white noise on the apron never even connecting. Waller is put down with a brogue kick after a fun match and Theory truly being entertained.
Results: Sheamus by Pinfall via Brogue Kick

UNRATED Kairi Sane Vs Rhea Ripley Vs Zoey Stark – MITB Qualifier: WWE Raw May 19 2025 Semi Main Event
This did not go the way they wanted. Zoey clearly gets very hurt with her missile dropkick and is brought to the back by the doctor. Kairi and Rhea have to improvise and the finish definitely was changed. They have their moments like Rhea dropkicking Kairi mid air. Rhea reversing the insane elbow. The match that it become was solid enough but as a whole the improvised nature makes this one tough to rate. Rhea and Kairi do deserve props for being able to do what they did after the unplanned removal of Zoey Stark. Any match with visible injury like this will never get a rating.
Results: Rhea Ripley by Pinfall via Riptide

GREAT Bron Breakker Vs Jey Uso: WWE Raw May 19 2025 Main Event
Jey and Bron do have really good chemistry. The crowd is of course firmly behind Jey. There is great moments like the jumping bulldog onto the table. The wrestling of this match is good and well done. It was slightly tough to fully get invested knowing neither should lose the match. Along with them telegraphing a non finish the whole night. Seth Rollins ends up attacking Jey to end the match after Heyman got involved. Sami and Punk end up coming out to amazing pops before the show finishes with the tag match brawling into the crowd and Logan knocking Jey out to close the show.
Results: Jey Uso by DQ via Seth Rollins Interference
