Overall the majority of matches that took place on this show were more to advance stories and be mini ones. Solo Sikoa got to keep momentum as he wants to be next for the North American championship, Cameron Grimes and Nathan Frazer had the best match of the night and Nathan continues to look really good in NXT. I do really like Nathan being shown in a good light. Wes Lee got to pick up an upset against Xyon Quinn. Pretty Deadly wrestled the other members of the diamond mine as they prepared for the Creed Brothers. Looks like no matter who wins either Legado or Tony’s Mafia are going to grow somehow. Bron and Joe didn’t do much else to prepare for their soon to be main event for In Your House and Wendy Choo, Katana and Kayden got to stand tall in their pursuit to become a champion. Overall NXT provided an alright go home show for their first In Your House since the rebrand. The Crowd continues to always be hot for the show which is respectable, But I feel there is a true downside to making matches and doing them in the exact same show. Storyline advancement was not the strong suit tonight though.

GOOD Pretty Deadly Vs Diamond Mine, Damon Kemp and Roderick Strong: This match was scheduled for last week but got delayed with Roderick having an ankle injury. Both teams going into the match have momentum to pick up as Diamond Mine want the momentum for In Your House and Pretty Deadly want to prove they can beat any Diamond Mine representatives. Pretty deadly starts the match off working on Roderick and soon Damon Kemp gets the hot tag on them hitting Pretty Deadly with some nice suplexes.
When the commercials come back on Pretty Deadly are in control of Damon Kemp, Kit Wilson is working Damon down with a side headlock. Kit prevents Damon from getting the hot tag to Roderick before Elton attempts to stop Damon but Roderick gets the hot tag, Roderick hits Elton with a combination of chops before working on the backbreakers targeting both of Pretty Deadly. Roderick goes for an olympic slam but is stopped, Elton tags in Kit but Roderick continues to work on Wilson in the ring. Elton tries to use the tag titles to cheat but the Creeds run down and attempt to stop it, Pretty Deadly take advantage of Roderick seeing the knocked out Julius and hit spilt milk for the win.

Roxanne Perez video package about next week’s match against Tiffany Stratton. Saying she wanted to be like Nikki Bella, Paige, Michelle McCool, talking about her experience training under Booker T’s wrestling school. Roxanne Claims she is more determined than Tiffany Stratton.
ABOVE AVERAGE Wes Lee Vs Xyon Quinn: Wes Lee tries to start the match off being the fast person, fighting Xyon with multiple kicks and strikes. Xyon takes control and uses his strength to keep control of the match. Dominating the match as he is the stronger competitor. Wes Lee attempts to fight back with some kicks but gets caught in mid air with Xyon giving Wes one of the best Lawn Darts I’ve seen. Roderick Strong is complaining about the events that took place earlier, stating that if the Creed Brothers lose they are kicked out of Diamond Mine.
Joe Gacy promo about Bron Breakkers childhood with the Steiners and a bit of his football highlights are shown. Gacy challenges Bron breakker to get even with his instead of winning the match saying one way or another that the NXT Championship is coming home with him. Bron is asked in an interview about it but Joe’s voice is played laughing at him, Bron almost smashes the tv in front of him but stops himself.
GOOD In Your House Women’s Championships Summit with Toxic Attraction, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter and Wendy Choo: All Women exchange words with Wendy Choo continuously acting like she just wants the contract signed even getting a chant for Mandy to sign the contract. For what it was, it was fine, I just don’t know if the championships changing hands is the right decision. The brawl involved Katana and Kayden helping Wendy put Mandy throw the table with the sleepy splash as they hold the titles up.

Kiana James approaches Ivy Nile doing her push ups as Kiana says to her number the Creeds have a small chance of winning. Ivy pushes her into the lockers and Kiana says the same chance of Ivy beating Kiana up.
GOOD Duke Hudson Vs Solo Sikoa: Solo Sikoa enters on screen with Duke already in the ring. Match starts off pretty equalling with Duke leaving the ring to avoid a hip attack. Duke then gets a springboarding German suplex to come back in the ring, taking control of Solo Sikoa. Crowd is significantly behind Solo Sikoa, as Solo continues to fight back getting a nice samoan drop. And then the Solo splash on Duke. The right man won this match as he looks to be next for the North American Champion.
Results: Solo Sikoa by Pinfall via Splash

Tiffany Stratton Breakout Tournament Promo. Tiffany rats down on Roxanne’s Story in typical rich brat fashion.
Thea Hail has a selection of University hats on the table and ends up picking to go to Chase University? Interesting?
ABOVE AVERAGE Grayson Waller Vs Josh Briggs: For the match it was pretty solid, Josh Briggs and Grayson Waller are both very solid wrestlers but it was short. Sofia Cromwell and Mr Stone show up and Von Wagner gets on the Apron distracting Briggs for Grayson to get the win with his signature stunner.
Results: Grayson Waller by Pinfall via Rolling Down Thunder Stunner
Coby Galenzoski WR Star Rating – 2.50 Stars
ABOVE AVERAGE Kiana James Vs Ivy Nile: The match was fundamentally good, with ivy Nile getting the win, Nothing too amazing but nothing that bad. Ivy Nile was going to win regardless as in NXT UK her championship opportunity is airing soon so they want to keep that lining up with this brand. After the match Pretty Deadly comes out and tries to play mind games with Ivy before the Creed Brothers come out standing beside Nile before laying out Pretty Deadly and standing tall with the titles.
Results: Ivy Nile by Pinfall via Teardrop Slam

GREAT Cameron Grimes Vs Nathan Frazer: match starts up with Grimes in control of Nathan with a wrist lock before Nathan uses his speed and ability to reverse and break out of it. Both Cameron and Nathan kip up for the stalemate. Grimes counters the dive again and gets a nice boot to Nathan on the Apron, Grimes/Hayes staring a hole into each other. Once they came back from commercial Nathan was in control before Cameron fought back. Nathan stopped Cameron with a superkick laying him out in the middle of the ring, Nathan goes for a running shooting star but Cameron gets the knees up.
