WWE Evolution 2025 is without a doubt the best Premium Live Event of the year for WWE. From start to finish this was amazing wrestling in every single match. A women's division that had to prove themselves and to make this event a success. In every facet possible this was. Classic triple threat to open the show. A statistically historic main event that proved that Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley are wrestling soulmates. Naomi cashing in provides a shocking result to the main event along with giving us something to look forward to. Blake Monroe turned on Jordynne Grace. Roxanne and Raquel proved they deserved to keep the tag titles. Tiffany Stratton defeats one of the GOATs. Jade continues to build momentum for Summerslam and much more. Start to finish this was a perfect event. And If you need a reason to believe that this Event was perfect, watch the start of the first match, that crowd delivered everything they needed too for this event.
WWE Evolution 2025 brings back an All Women’s PLE. This time with Champions picking challengers. Tiffany picking Trish Stratus and Iyo Sky picking Rhea Ripley. Jordynne Grace faces Jacy Jayne for the NXT Championship. A Fatal Four Way for the Women’s Tag Team Championships sees the first defense for Raquel Rodriguez and the substitute for Liv, Roxanne Perez. Facing The Kabuki Warriors, ZaRuca, and the team of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. Jade Cargill and Naomi are set for No Holds Barred with Bianca Belair as the special guest referee. Becky Lynch defends against both Lyra Valkyria and Bayley. And A Battle Royal to determine a championship contender for Clash In Paris.
PERFECT Becky Lynch Vs Bayley Vs Lyra Valkyria – Women’s Intercontinental Championship: WWE Evolution 2025 Opening Match
This match is everything it needed to be and more. We know all their motives and who the characters are. Those mixed and concocted a compelling triple threat match that was off the charts. All women had their moments, with call backs to past matches with Becky and Lyra while also teasing the fact we know Becky and Bayley are horsewomen. Lyra got a great leg drop that Bayley hit the roseplant in. Brilliant pin break ups to protected finishers. Becky Lynch the heel champion, escapes the match by getting such a clean crucifix roll up on Bayley. Amazing finish to such a great match from bell to bell. Best way to start this card.
Results: Becky Lynch by Pinfall via Rolling Crucifix Roll Up On Bayley

This is just a very well done and solid match. Jacy was able to control the pacing of the match, she was able to get her heat during it. Getting the heat from the crowd by being cocky with what she was saying. There are great striking exchanges with Jordynne Grace getting her own set of chants. As Fatal Influence attempted to set something up, Blake Monroe had struck Fallon and Jazmyn. Holding the title on the outside of the ring and striking the back of Jordynne. Jacy connected with the Rolling encore for the win. The “Most beatable” champion escapes with Blake Monroe costing Jordynne Grace, but also respecting the current champion. Jacy had a tremendous showing and Jordynne looked great as well.
Results: Jacy Jayne by Pinfall via Rolling Encore

Wow, did the crowd ever cheer for Charlotte Flair. A sentence that I am shocked to say not too far removed from the odd rivalry with Tiffany. This is overall a very well done match. Its formatted nicely. Everyone got their moments to shine. A slow build to have singles opportunities with the rules being only two legal superstars. Zaria overpowering Alexa is a fun visual. Raquel and Roxanne are the first to greet Charlotte as Charlotte got the nicely built hot tag. Fun sequences including Charlotte taking a Sol Snatcher. Sol and Zaria attempt to hit the back stabber and spear combo but similar to their last tag match on NXT, Charlotte saves Alexa and Zaria spears Ruca. Raquel would pick up the pieces and get the win by pinning Sol Ruca. Well done match as a whole with a satisfying result.
Results: Raquel Rodriguez by Pinfall via Tejana Bomb on Sol Ruca

This is a fun match. Tiffany and Trish get some fun counters for each other’s spots. Knees up for the PME, pushing Trish off for the Stratusfaction. Tiffany’s alabama slam was countered into a rana. The crowd is there for both women. As a whole this is just a fine match, when the bar is very high from the majority of the matches, it does naturally feel weaker. Nothing wrong with this match at all but nothing truly over the top tremendous about it. Tiffany celebrated saying she is a forever champ and Trish had a standing ovation.
Results: Tiffany Stratton by Pinfall via PME.

The crowd is super against Naomi, Jade has the crowd behind her as well. This match takes the hatred displayed with a good amount of stuff. Naomi dropkicking Jade into the monitor of the barricade provided a great visual and a way to have Bianca start to have compassion. Aside from winning MITB, this is the most threatening Naomi has looked. Jade overcomes the damage and puts Naomi through a table with a Jaded off the top rope. Bianca and Jade exchange looks while the hand was being raised.
Results: Jade Cargill by Pinfall via Super Jaded Through A Table

Honestly this was the weakest of the show, feeling odd that some NXT names like Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley were thrown out within seconds of the start. Kelani gets the Kofi spot to save herself from the Rumble. Nia gets a strong showing but also is eliminated by Lash Legend and Stephanie Vaquer. Nikki Bella gets fun moments with Chelsea Green and does the bella twirl with Lola Vice. Lash had a strong showing being in her hometown and as always the devils kiss makes the crowd go AHH. A devils kiss on the apron is what gives Vaquer the victory. Solid reactions for a lot of the talent with everyone getting their own entrance.
Results: Stephanie Vaquer by Last Woman Standing via Last Eliminating Lash Legend

PERFECT Iyo Sky Vs Rhea Ripley – World Women’s Championship: WWE Evolution 2025 Main Event
Bar none, this is the bar for any Premium Live Event’s main event now. This is a historic match for Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley going longer than any two women for a normal singles match on a PLE. They go the distance and this is 26 minutes of high quality wrestling. The crowd firmly and boldly chanted for women’s wrestling throughout the match. Only Iyo Sky is gonna be able to get a crowd split between her and Rhea Ripley. A ref bump causes them to go out into the crowd, using some of the stands and also doing a big moonsault off of some equipment boxes. A brilliant nearfall from a moonsault makes Iyo start to doubt. Could Rhea Ripley have what it takes to defeat her for the first time?
After a top rope spanish fly, Naomi would run down and cash in. She throws Rhea into the post before hitting a split legged moonsault for the win. What an ending to a perfect classic of a match.
Results: Naomi by Pinfall via Split Legged Moonsault on Iyo
