The stakes just got even higher at Wrestlemania for Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar.
WWE has confirmed that the match between the two will be winner take all at Wrestlemania 38, with the winner of the match winning both the WWE Championship and Universal Championship.
Lesnar won this year’s Royal Rumble match to set up this match to be one of the main events of Wrestlemania 38, after Reigns cost him his WWE Title match with Bobby Lashley at the Royal Rumble.
At the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event, Reigns faced Goldberg where he retained his Universal Championship. Lesnar then went on to win the WWE Championship in an Elimination Chamber match as Lashley was taken out of the match due to injury.
Lesnar was supposed to face Reigns at Day 1, but Reigns was pulled from the event after a positive COVID test.
The Beast and the Tribal Chief have had five one on one matches and they have main evented Wrestlemania together twice.
The two are set to face off again at one of the main events of Wrestlemania 38 which takes place on April 2nd and April 3rd.
