WWE Legend Trish Stratus has opened up on how she thinks former rival Victoria deserves a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame.
Her uniqueness, charisma and great in-ring skills have also made her one of the best female pro wrestlers in history, and an inspiration to many of today’s women wrestlers. This awarded Stratus with a spot on the WWE Hall of Fame, Class of 2013.
However, during a recent interview at the Ring The Belle podcast, Trish Stratus addressed on who she sees as potential nominees for the WWE Hall of Fame.
When explaining this, Stratus stated that former WWE Superstar- and rival of her-Victoria deserves a spot on the WWE Hall of Fame, claiming that the company has to make it happen very soon.
“Victoria, let’s just get her in the Hall Of Fame. Can we work on that please, people? She needs to be in there. #VictoriaHallOfFame, let’s do that.” (H/T WrestlingInc)
As of right now, there is no information yet on the names that WWE is considering for the Hall of Fame. So we’ll have to wait until the end of 2022, or beginnings of 2023 to find out.
Trish Stratus Wants Victoria, But How Many Chances Does She Have To Be In The WWE Hall Of Fame?
There is no doubt that Victoria gained a lot of popularity ever since she worked for the WWE, between 2001 and 2009.
During those times, Victoria became a 2-time WWE Women’s Champion and took part in some very interesting feuds with the likes of Molly Holly, Lita and Trish Stratus herself, to name a few.
She also competed in the first-ever women’s Steel Cage in WWE history, which happened on November 2003, defeating Lita.
Victoria also found a huge success outside of WWE, having wrestled for Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling (currently known as Impact Wrestling) and having held the TNA Knockouts Championship and TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship.
So, even though WWE only inducts one female star per year, there is no doubt that Victoria has enough merits for a future induction to the WWE Hall of Fame.
