The current AEW International Champion has had a plethora of great matches during his time with the company, but which are the best? This is what I plan to narrow down with this article. I have seen a solid amount of OC’s catalogue, so I think that, in good faith, I’m qualified to do such a ranking. While some wrestling fans find Cassidy insufferable, I think he’s incredible, so it was a joy putting this together. I hope you enjoy it.
10. Dynamite 10/5/23: Daniel Garcia vs Orange Cassidy
When creating this list, I had the nine matches narrowed down to a tee. Then I was stuck. While searching through and watching quite a few of OC’s great title defences, this was the one that really stood out to me. The submission and chain wrestling were great here, and while you wouldn’t expect Cassidy to keep up with someone as good as Garcia technically, he definitely held his own here and ended up looking good. This is a very entertaining match; I recommend checking it out.

9. All In: Best Friends, Orange Cassidy, Eddie Kingston and Penta El Zero Miedo vs Mike Santana, Ortiz and The Blackpool Combat Club – Stadium Stampede
A match that got an agreeable 3.5 stars from Coby Galenzoski in his AEW All In Review. This match ended up being a very entertaining affair, no doubt, but the match itself wasn’t anything too special. At times, it felt incoherent and uncoordinated, which you do understandably get with matches like this, so you can give it the benefit of the doubt and enjoy it for what it is. Nonetheless, Cassidy himself ended up being an entertaining presence in the match, with his most notable spot being when he covered his hand in glass and hit an Orange Punch. It was undeniably a great moment.
