WWE is expected to have another talent from NXT being moved to Monday Night RAW.
PWInsider has reported that Tommaso Ciampa has now officially been called up to the main roster on the red brand, according to sources within the company.
Ciampa is in Detroit ahead of tonight’s edition of RAW, though it is unknown if he will be making an appearance on the show.
Ciampa has been rumoured to be moving to the main roster for the past several months now. He made a few main roster appearances back in 2019, but has been in NXT since then. He won the NXT title last year before he started working a series of dark matches on SmackDown back in January. He has also made a few appearances on Main Event and has had a couple tag team matches on RAW. His latest appearance was in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the WrestleMania 38 pre-show.
Ciampa made his final appearance this past weekend in NXT, finishing up his duties at Stand and Deliver ahead of WrestleMania 38 last weekend. What do you hope to see from Tommaso Ciampa on the main roster?
