Overall good Strong taping and I’m very happy that the United Empire is able to get this kind of exposure as for David being more aggressive in his matches that’s great and I can’t wait to see what unfolds between Bateman and Fred Yehi.
Preview: Hello! Today we are still going on NJPW STRONG tapings from the Event Mutiny! Today we have singles action and 6 Man tag action. Last week The United Empire was strong in the main event let’s see if they can do it again!
AVERAGE StrayDog Army Vs Fred Yehi The DKC. And Kevin Knight: Match starts with Kevin and Mysterioso start the match off with a nice back and forth sequence doing some Lucha style moves before DKC and Baron Brown are tagged in. They both begin a sequence as well with some chops before DKC got the advantage. Right as that happened Fred Was tagged in and he goes right after Bateman. Back in the ring Fred takes it to Baron going with stiff shots before taking Kevin Knight back in who hits a stiff slam himself before eventually getting beat down from the straydog army numbers as they all hit a triple team on Kevin Knight as Bateman is now the legal man in. For the majority of this part straydog army hits some quick tags and quicker offense onto Knight keeping him cornered. After taking more moves like stomps and moonsaults Knight fights back before tagging in Fred Yehi who goes crazy with the hot tag taking out everyone. Fred would tag DKC Who went for a Dropkick from the top but got caught with a Superkick. Knight back in the ring would hit a quick shoulder tackle before Bateman runs in taking out Knight for a moment before Knight Jumps onto Bateman. Mysterioso would do a dive himself before back in the ring with DKC and Baron Brown going back and forth. After a moment Straydog army would hit a double team and get the victory.
Results: Straydog army wins by pinfall via double team move.
Jayson Smith WR Rating: 2.50 Stars.
Big Damo would hit a promo about Tomohiro Ishii telling him if he shows up he would be ready for the fight.
AVERAGE Blake Christian Vs David Finlay: Both men lock up doing some quick grappling. Blake would get an advantage and knock David out the ring before hitting a top con Hilo taking David out then following with a springboard Crossbody. David would fight back with a middle rope uppercut then hit a nasty back suplex as he took control. David would be quite cocky in this match as well as aggressive. Blake would pick the pace up but David would slow him down locking in submissions. But Blake would have a comeback picking the speed back up hitting move fast offense moves before David would throw him off the apron then a back suplex on the apron before getting back in the ring and would go to use a weapon but would put it down before Blake would throw him over the top rope and David would look for a move but get caught with a loud kick to the face before Blake hits a 450 splash on a top rope hanging David. Blake would go for a springboard move before getting caught with a cutter then trash panda for the win.
Results: David Finley wins by pinfall via Trash Panda.
Jayson Smith WR Rating: 2.75 Stars.
David Finlay would then cut a promo about going for some singles championship gold and puts everyone on notice.
GOOD TMDK Vs The United Empire: The Match would start with JONAH and Kyle Facing off a nice start of muscle Vs speed. Then another match up of the kind as Jeff Cobb faces off with Shane Haste. Jeff would hit a nasty bunch of Knees into the side of Shane before riding him like a surfboard. After a moment Aussie Open would be tagged in and they would hit a fast paced tag move before Jeff was tagged back in before putting Shane in a suplex position then tagging in each and every partner before hitting the slam on Kyle. After a moment Shane gets his ground and starts tagging in his partners as TMDK Starts attacking Kyle in the corner as well as taking damage from JONAH. After a long time of taking damage Kyle would finally hit a brain buster and get the tag tagging in Davis who had a nice hot tag before Tito would come in and they would brawl a little bit before he hits a blockbuster. Davis would fight back and tag in Kyle for yet another crazy tag team move before all the members of the United empire take a shot on Tito. After that all hell breaks loose as everyone starts to attack each other. Then JONAH And Jeff Cobb finally collide before hitting a giant crossbody hitting each other before taking the fight outside. Back in the ring it would turn into a tag team match as Aussie open would hit a string of tag team moves with speed and force before hitting a double team onto bad dude Tito for the victory for the United empire.
Results: The United Empire wins by Pinfall via Tag team move.
Jayson Smith WR Rating: 3.00 Stars.
