WWE Legend The Undertaker has recently compared current WWE Superstar Omos to none other than Andre The Giant.
The Undertaker has been keeping busy recently appearing in numerous interviews and was even last seen introducing rapper Pitbull to stage at a concert in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia back in October. The appearances haven’t stopped there as The Deadman (along with The Godfather) appeared earlier this week on WWE’s The Bump Show to discuss all things wrestling related including a mention of current WWE superstar and former RAW WWE Tag Team Champion Omos.
In regards to Omos The Undertaker said:
“I’ll say this. There will never be another Andre. But this guy is as close as we’ve come and that’s a big statement,” The Undertaker admitted. “But he’s special. Omos is special. The big thing for him to know and realize is that he is special and that he is different from everybody else. The average size of wrestlers, in general, is smaller than it was. So here’s this guy that is incredibly athletic and he’s just a big strong man. It’s important for him that he protects that. Sometimes guys don’t understand what that means. He and I have had a couple of conversations about what he should do and what he shouldn’t do. If things get too heated, call me.” – (H/T to Wrestling Inc.com)
The comparisons are unsurprising seeing how both Omos & WWE Hall of Famer Andre The Giant are larger than life characters. The Undertaker last wrestled back in 2018 teaming with his Brother Kane in a losing effort to D-X at Crown Jewel. Omos recently won a 25 man dual branded Battle Royal at Survivor Series to commemorate the 25th anniversary of The Rock’s debut in the WWE eliminating 12 people along the way.
