This article will simply be based on the NJPW talents I think will work best with the WWE format and if I can see them getting over with an American audience. The main roster WWE style does tend to rely more on charisma than in-ring work, so charisma will be a big factor in my decision-making. I’ve also made the executive decision not to include wrestlers who have already made a run in the WWE. So as tempting as it was to include Shane Haste, I’ve decided against it.

10. Hikuleo

I mean, it’s well-known that the WWE like a good big man.

This is quite a fitting inclusion, as we’ve seen Hikuleo linked with the WWE earlier this year. Hikuleo is decent in the ring and would definitely stand out over other big men if he went to NXT (by far the best hoss there, marginally better than Commander Azeez). Furthermore, the guy has some comedic chops, which have been showcased in recent backstage segments with his fellow Guerrillas of Destiny teammates. Going back to his in-ring work, his incredible match against Jay White was a great example of showing that he can indeed hold his own against another competitor and end up delivering a great match. Hikuleo’s shown to be a somewhat versatile giant and could really make a good impression in the WWE.
