Paul Heyman and LA Knight officially meet and Knight makes it clear he can not be intimidated by anyone no matter the power they posses.
In a backstage segment Paul Heyman approaches WWE official Adam Pearce. Paul Heyman would make an effort to know who would be coming to Friday Night SmackDown. This superstar will take the place of Jey Uso on the Friday Night SmackDown roster.
Jey Uso has been traded to the Monday Night Raw roster.
Adam Pearce did not give out any names or any information when the superstar would appear on SmackDown. As Paul Heyman and Adam Pearce were discussing the matter, LA Knight interrupts.
LA Knight demands a rematch against the Miz. Knight wants the match to be next week on the September 15th edition of Friday Night SmackDown.
Adam Pearce agreed and made the match official for the September 15th edition of SmackDown. Heyman goes on to introduce himself to Knight.
Heyman goes on to say they have never officially met yet, and continues by saying “I’m a huge admirer of your work”. The mood started off fairly friendly during the start of the pairs exchange.
The mood quickly changes as Heyman explains to Knight he needs to knock when someone says Paul Heyman’s in there. When Heyman asked if he understood, Knight got right in his face and said “Yeah”. Showing Heyman that he was not intimidated by him.
Paul Heyman is uses the intimidation tactic with all of the WWE superstars, but LA Knight is not scared to challenge people in authority positions.
