NXT Roadblock 2025 was without a doubt a must watch show this week. It’s probably up there as one of the best episodes of NXT I’ve ever witnessed, it was that good. The show as expected was very match quality heavy, and none of the matches disappointed. The match card on paper looked like a PLE level card, but as we know matches don’t always live up to expectations. That wasn’t the case here, we kicked off the show with one of the best matches we’ve seen from The Hardy Boyz for years, as they retained their TNA Tag Team Championships against Fraxiom. Roxanne Perez and Jordynne Grace further cemented themselves as two of the very best in the world with an extraordinary match, as Oba Femi overcame Moose in a true Battle of the Titans. Je’Von Evans gave us some most mind blowing spots in his street fight with Ethan Page, as he further established himself as the undisputed future of this business. Then we got to the very special main event, which saw Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer put on an exceptional title for title match. Stephanie winning and becoming double champion was an awesome way to finish the show, as we look towards what’s next for Giulia. The atmosphere in New York City was probably the best we’ve seen for an NXT show this year, the setting that WWE chose for this event was nothing short of perfect and they need to look at going back there in the future. Outstanding show, and it raises more questions and hype for NXT’s biggest show of the year in Las Vegas with Stand and Deliver.
NXT presents WWE Roadblock to us this week, live from New York City. We’ve got a PLE level match card for us, as Fraxiom take on The Hardy Boyz for the TNA Tag Team Championships. Moose tries to take the NXT Championship from Oba Femi. The dream match in WWE becomes a reality as Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer do battle in a Title for Title match.
AMAZING The Hardy Boyz vs Fraxiom – TNA Tag Team Championships
The Hardy Boyz retained their titles and beat the NXT Tag Team champions. This was easily the best match The Hardy Boyz have had in years, which was definitely with big help from Fraxiom as they made Matt and Jeff look even more awesome than they already are. As always with Nathan and Axiom, the start of their theme song “never slow down” was shown to be as true as ever in this match, with Frazer taking the nastiest Fraxiom miscommunication spot we’ve seen yet. Brilliant match all round, and the Hardys in NXT are continuing to be a ton of fun.
Result: The Hardy Boyz by Pinfall via Swanton Bomb on Nathan Frazer

MUST WATCH Roxanne Perez vs Jordynne Grace
These two showed why they are the best in the world at what they do. The match was built around Roxanne targeting Jordynne’s legs, in an effort to weaken the power of the Juggernaut. This meant we saw some fantastic selling from Jordynne, and some extremely innovative offense from Rox. But the tactics from The Prodigy weren’t enough in the end, as Jordynne continued to showcase her strength to hit Perez with a massive Juggernaut Driver for the victory. This was a great way to start Grace’s official NXT career, by having her pin the woman that beat her only a few months ago.
Result: Jordynne Grace by Pinfall via Juggernaut Driver

AMAZING Oba Femi vs Moose – NXT Championship
The definition of the phrase ‘Clash of Titans.’ Oba Femi and Moose destroyed each other in that ring and it was beautiful. Both men showcased their outstanding power, while we saw some brutal spots including a mid-air uppercut from Oba to Moose. This was just a ton of fun to watch and a fantastic use of the partnership between WWE and TNA. Femi got the win eventually thanks to a massive Fall From Grace, but he had to overcome getting put through a table and a spear from the X-Division Champion to do so.
Result: Oba Femi by Pinfall via Fall From Grace

MUST WATCH Ethan Page vs Je’Von Evans – Street Fight
Je’Von Evans is the future. What an incredible performance from him and Ethan Page in New York City, they went all out. I always think Street Fights should be more innovative, and these guys showed why. The spots in this one were memorable to say the least, Evans hit a cutter through a table on the outside of the ring, and hit another one which eventually got him the win, with a chair wrapped around Ethan’s neck. Just an outstanding match which was as vicious as it needed to be, with a brilliant and intriguing story coupled with it.
Result: Je’Von Evans by Pinfall via Springboard Cutter
Archie Carter WR Star Rating: 4.75 Stars
MUST WATCH Giulia vs Stephanie Vaquer – Title vs Title
The match we’ve all been waiting for since both of these women arrived in NXT, Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer put on a masterclass in New York. The energy in the arena was electric for this one, the crowd knew the magnitude and importance of this match. From the duelling Giulia and Stephanie chants, to the ‘women’s wrestling’ chants that echoed throughout the arena, the fans knew how special this matchup was. Giulia and Stephanie have tremendous chemistry with each other, as expected with them seemingly being genuine best friends outside of the ring. One incredible spot that I need to mention in this review was the Corkscrew Moonsault into the submission hold, it was just so smooth and we rarely see those kinds of spots executed to perfection like that. Stephanie winning clean wasn’t what I was expecting, but she absolutely deserves this victory and wholesome moment to finish NXT Roadblock.
Result: Stephanie Vaquer by Pinfall via SVB
Archie Carter WR Star Rating: 4.75 Stars
