The promotion has recently held the first night of this year’s NJPW World Tag League, which took place from the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan and presented eight very interesting matches. - Tag Team Match: Great Bash Heel (Togi Makabe & Tomoaki Honma) defeated Kosei Fujita & Oskar Leube – Makabe pinned Leube after hitting the King Kong Knee Drop (Official Match Time: 8m, 28s)
- Trios Match: Suzuki-Gun (Taichi, El Desperado & DOUKI) vs Los Ingobernables de Japon (BUSHI, Hiromu Takahashi & Shingo Takagi) went to a double count-out.
- World Tag League – Tag Team Match: TMDK (Mikey Nicholls & Shane Haste) defeated Alex Coughlin & Gabriel Kidd – Nicholls pinned Gabriel Kidd after hitting the Thunder Valley (Official Match Time: 16m, 7s)
- World Tag League – Tag Team Match: Suzuki-Gun (Minoru Suzuki & Lance Archer) defeated BULLET CLUB (Bad Luck Fale & Chase Owens) – Archer pinned Chase Owens after hitting the Blackout (Official Match Time: 10m, 18s)
- World Tag League – Tag Team Match: Bishamon (Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI) defeated House Of Torture (Yujiro Takahashi & EVIL) – Goto pinned Takahashi after he and YOSHI-HASHI hit the GYR/Shoto (Official Match Time: 9m, 12s)
- World Tag League – Tag Team Match: Aussie Open (Mark Davis & Kyle Fletcher) defeated Be-Bop Tag Team (Hiroshi Tanahashi & Toru Yano) – Fletcher pinned Toru Yano after he and Davis hit Coriolis (Official Match Time: 12m, 37s)
- World Tag League – Tag Team Match: Los Ingobernables de Japon (Tetsuya Naito & SANADA) defeated United Empire (Aaron Henare & Great-O-Khan) – Naito pinned Henare after hitting Destino (Official Match Time: 22m, 45s)
