Ava, Elektra Lopez, and Trick Williams were all seen on this week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
On the January 26th edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown many familiar faces made their appearances. Ava made her first ever SmackDown appearance representing NXT As the new General Manager.
She was also there to assist in the drawings of the superstars positions in the Royal Rumble Matches. It was made official that NXT will be competing in the Royal Rumble along with SmackDown and Raw.
While no NXT Superstar entrant has been confirmed the WWE Universe is excited who will make their mark this year at the Royal Rumble.
During Santos Escobar and Carlito’s match there were a lot of outside distractions and interferences. While the rest of the LWO and Lagado Del Fantasma were in an all out brawl at ringside Zelina was on the outside of the ring on the apron trying to interfere.
Elektra Lopez comes out of nowhere and wipes Zelina Vega off of the side of the apron taking her out. With the distractions Santos Escobar was able to roll up Carlito to gain a pin-fall victory.
Elektra Lopez has rejoined Santos Escobar, she was previously with him in the original Legado Del Fantasma on NXT, before they came to the main roster.
Carmelo Hayes had a match with Austin Theory, who was accompanied by Grayson Waller. Grayson Waller interfered in the match and changed the trajectory of the match up.
Austin Theory ends up winning the match with a pin-fall victory and a hand full of tights. After the match both Theory and Waller continue to attack, but Trick Williams comes out to save Hayes by evening the odds.
