Konosuke Takeshita announced on social media that he is heading back to Japan after founding a huge success on his first four-month trip to America.

The young Japanese star Konosuke Takeshita is undoubtedly someone who made a huge name for himself during these past few months.

After having a huge success and being a champion in his hometown as a part of the Japanese promotion DDT Pro Wrestling, Takeshita decided earlier this year to make a four-month tour to the United States of America.

It was during this trip that he was able to make his debut in All Elite Wrestling’s Dynamite, Rampage and Dark shows, putting in incredible performances against some of the toughest competitors AEW has to offer, with ‘The Mad King’ Eddie Kingston, ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli and AEW Interim World Champion Jon Moxley as some of the top names on the list.

However, after having a successful four-month run with AEW and earning the respect of everyone in the company, Takeshita has recently announced on social media that his time in the US has come to an end.

Via Twitter, he stated: “Today I am leaving America. I have so many great memories of the last 4 months. Thank you all for being so nice to me.”

There is not any official information yet about what will be his next move, but it would be obvious to think that he’ll continue to amaze people with his great talent and performances on DDT Pro Wrestling’s ring.

It is also important to keep in mind that it wouldn’t be a surprise to anyone if he returns to America in the near future, since he earned the recognition of many AEW and pro wrestling fans in general, who would certainly be looking forward to his return.
