Orange Cassidy’s next opponent was determined in a fatal four-way match on the recent episode of AEW Rampage.
On the January 26th edition of AEW Rampage there was a fatal four-way match to find the number one contender for Orange Cassidy’s International Championship.
The four men in the match were El Hijo del Vikingo, Komander, The Butcher, and Kip Sabin. As soon as the bell rang the match broke out into a brawl.
Sabin and The Butcher both slam Komander and Vikingo into the barricades, then quickly get back into the ring. In an attempt to end the match early Sabin rolls The Butcher up.
Of course he kicks out because it is early in the match. The Butcher and Sanbin were then both taken out and left outside the ring.
Komander and Vikingo go back and forth brawling it out, then out of nowhere, Komander hits a hurricane. They both then shake hands only to get leveled by The Butcher.
He then locks in on Komander with a Sharpshooter but gets superkicked by Vikingo. Then there is a lot of back and forth between all four men in the chase to become the number one contender.
Later on The Butcher gets Vikingo in the Electric Chair position while Vikingo puts Komander in a vertical suplex hold. Sabian causes The Butcher to trip up, sending them all crashing down.
Sabin gets leveled by Kommander after getting hit by the Canadian Destroyer, but both get leveled by Vikingo off the top rope. Komander wins after countering a German suplex with a hurricanrana.
Komander is named the new number-one contender for Orange Cassidy’s International Championship. He will challenge for the title on AW Collision on January 27th.
