It should be said that the sudden change in Brock Lesnar’s attitude has brought a breath of fresh air, his current babyface run just gets better as time passes and it just makes me more excited about what he does next either on Raw or Smackdown.
But Brock, where the heck did this come from? I am not saying that the previous incarnations of the beast were bad but we as fans can see how much fun he has been having no matter the person he is feuding against.
When Brock returned after a long hiatus we did not see this clean-cut guy who was always serious with a manager that always spoke on his behalf, instead, we saw a whole new person with long hair, a long beard, outfits he never wore when in the squared circle, and the most noticeable aspect his persona.
Brock has been quite a babyface since his return, his feud with Roman Reigns was interesting as we had Paul Heyman at the center of the conflict which was the perfect way for the starting point of this new Lesnar as he was alone without a mouthpiece.
Little by little Brock started to show signs of his personality change as during his promos he often acted laid back yet still being the intimidated Brock we often used to see.
What makes me happy regarding the current version of Lesnar is how much freedom he has to do whatever he pleases as three years ago we never saw him doing knock-knock jokes or even having much charisma in the ring, this has let him explore new ways to bring the fans into whatever program he is doing.

Quotes From Wrestling Republic Writers Regarding Brock Lesnar’s Babyface Run:
“The most interesting aspect of his current run is that he’s showing the personality he’s always had but just dialed back in his returns. Brock has always had charisma. He’s a legitimately terrifying heel and a fantastically motivated and dynamic babyface. He’s a good promo and we first saw that in the UFC.”- Harvey Pullings II
“I think Lesnar’s return has been so successful as simply being a babyface. This change has allowed Brock to work on different types of matches and promos. While it’s risky changing one of your most reliable acts, Lesnar has turned himself into a Megastar once again.”- Dylan Heinrich
“The evolution of your wrestling persona is one of the most crucial things a wrestler can do in order to always remain fresh in the fans’ eyes. For years, Brock has portrayed essentially the same character for years as the conquerer and beast of WWE and at this point, no one expected any evolution from Brock. NO ONE expected the current personification that Brock has presented since his return. However, if you look back we got one brief tease of this Brock year ago when he used the Money In The Bank briefcase as a boom box. Arguably, this version of Brock may be the best version we have ever seen and it leads to the question, what else is the Beast capable of now that he has unlocked Viking Fun Guy Brock? Only the future will tell.”- Anthony Ricciardi

It excites me to see what happens next with this evolution of Brock Lesnar as he surprises everyone with each thing he comes up with, his current program with Bobby Lashley is proving to be successful as we will finally see this anticipated match as well.
The beast has proven once again why he is a draw in the current wrestling landscape and most importantly has stayed relevant years after his return to the squared circle.
