“The Prince” Finn Balor, a former WWE NXT Champion and one of the most thunderous and professionally talented wrestlers today, is probably one of the technical geniuses in WWE NXT. Balor is an ideal individual for the pro-wrestling industry because, in addition to being technically sound, he never holds back from giving high risks maneuvers.
He recently appeared on the latest episode of Out of Character with Ryan Satin, where he shared several stories from his time as a WWE star, both past & present. Balor was promoted to the main roster after dominating NXT in the early stages of his career. Balor had a really decent run in the main roster by having an Intercontinental Title reign.
Finn Balor was asked about returning to the main roster when interacting with Ryan Satin. This is something he would like to do since he grew up watching professional wrestling. Playing on larger stages will still hold a special place in his heart. Below is the following statement by Finn Balor about this situation.
“Absolutely [the idea of returning to the main roster interests me] obviously, I grew up as a wrestling fan watching WWE and I feel like that is where I want to be performing. I feel like in my last run there I wasn’t doing myself justice. I needed to change something and I went to NXT and I found out who I was again and I managed to do that to some level and I’m hopeful at some level that RAW or SmackDown will happen in the future.” (Thank you RingsideNews for the transcription)
Finn Balor will get his rematch with Karrion Kross tonight by facing him in the battle of the David & Goliath II. Will this bout be Finn Balor last match in NXT? or will Finn Balor reclaim his NXT Title by defeating “The Doomsday” Karrion Kross with everything that he got?
