While speaking to Soul on the latest edition of Wrestling Republic’s Soul Sessions, Billie Starkz took the opportunity to comment on how she feels with her AEW experiences so far. When reflecting on this, she said:
“I was definitely excited and it was also like taking another step in wrestling, and it opens a few different doors for me, for things I really haven’t done before. Like wrestling in states where you need licenses, I started doing that this year as long as I was working more TV matches.
So it’s definitely fun and I’ve been very very comfortable at AEW. I’ve been so lucky to be friends with so many of their talents already before I went there. So when I showed up I was like ‘I know people, I haven’t seen these people for so long (laughs)’”.
