It is now time for June 2025 best matches of the month list. Please keep in mind these are just my opinion of the best matches I saw this month and is not a definitive list and is not the official Wrestling Republic ratings and rankings.
I’m sure there are matches that I may have missed but there are only so many hours in a day and only so much wrestling I can watch. So, please feel free to suggest matches in the comments, as it is possible, I haven’t seen them or maybe they just didn’t make my cut. If I haven’t seen it and I’m able to check it out, it may make my end of year top 25 matches list. If it just didn’t make my cut, if I have time and I’m able to I’ll re-watch the match and re-consider it for my end of the year top 25 matches list.
The top 25 list at the end of the year will be in order and will be made up of my Match of the Month winners, which are guaranteed a spot, and the remaining 13 slots will be other top matches from my monthly lists.
Here is the listing in no particular order:

MATCH OF THE MONTH: Vikingo vs Chad Gable – WWE/AAA Worlds Collide
When you talk about matches on paper living up to their hype, this is the definition of a match that blew the already high expectations out of the park. Vikingo with arguably the most eyes on him in his career against one of the best pure talents to never win a singles championship in WWE in Chad Gable. These men gave us everything that they had and yet we still walked away wanting to see them run it back because this match was a masterpiece.
