Tony Khan has officially announced the first location for the brand-new AEW Collision show, which will take place this upcoming Saturday June 17th.
It was this past Wednesday May 17th that TNT announced the brand-new ‘AEW Saturday Night Collision’ show as a part of an expansion on their official pro wrestling lineup.
We also found out that this brand-new show would be headlined by some top AEW Stars the caliber of Miro, Andrade El Idolo, Samoa Joe and Thunder Rosa to name a few, but we didn’t knew anything about the potential location of the first edition of the show.
However, as seen during tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite, the mystery has finally been solved and we now know the official location of the first show of ‘AEW Saturday Night Collision’.
Through an announcement made on the final half of the show, AEW President Tony Khan announced that the inaugural show of ‘AEW Saturday Night Collision’ will take place from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois this upcoming Saturday June 17th.
In addition to this, Tony Khan also revealed that the company will host a few more ‘AEW Saturday Night Collision’ events in the cities of Toronto, Hamilton, Regina, Calgary and Newark throughout June and July of the present year.
No further details were given about the official matchcard or the potential matches that we could see in the event, but we can all be sure that the show promises to deliver an enjoyable time to all the AEW fans and the pro wrestling world in general.
