All Elite Wrestling is planning a six-show tour of Canada this summer, as was first announced in a news release on March 15 through their social media. Notably, the tour will kick off on Sunday, June 25 from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada, with the second installment of the joint Forbidden Door pay-per-view with New Japan Pro Wrestling. The first interaction, which was held in 2022, was on June 26 in Chicago, Illinois at the United Center. Forbidden Door 2 was reportedly listed for Saturday, June 24, on Spectrum Cable’s pay-per-view event listings website. The performance is now set for June 25, according to AEW.
After Forbidden Door 2, the business will host five more events in Canada. Both Dynamite and Rampage will be taped on June 28 at First Ontario Centre in Ontario. Dynamite and Rampage will be taped on July 5 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, and Dynamite will be taped on July 12 at the SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. In addition, the July 14 AEW Ramage taping will be aired live from Regina, Saskatchewan’s Brandt Centre.
In addition, the Calgary Stampede, one of Canada’s most renowned yearly cultural events, will include the second-ever AEW House Rules event on Saturday, July 15 at the Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta.
After running Toronto’s Coca-Cola Coliseum for both Dynamite and Rampage last October, this will be AEW’s second visit to the area. This announcement was released ahead of their Winnipeg Manitoba debut for AEW dynamite and rampage at the Canada Life Centre.
