5 Things WWE Can Do To Try Improving

WWE needs help badly these days. There are issues all across the board that can’t just be resolved overnight. The creative team is not so creative, the superstars are heavily filtered, the viewership ratings are at all time lows, and much more. It will take hard work and patience to correct all of these wrongs, but in the meantime, let’s discuss 5 things they can do to try to improve.

    5. Don’t Tweak NXT Call-ups

Adam Cole on Smackdown – Nov. 1, 2019

When stars get called up from NXT they don’t need to be “refreshed.” There’s a common theme in WWE, that when an NXT talent is called up to the main roster, they have their hands tied and can’t perform to the extent in which they were beloved in NXT.

Some are just watered down, like Shinsuke Nakamura, Sami Zayn, Shayna Baszler, Asuka, and how Samoa Joe was, and so many others. Others go through a complete reboot, like Dominik Dijakovic, and Dio Madden.

Then you have cases such as Aleister Black and Andrade. So much talent and potential. Yet creative, as usual, weren’t creative enough to “have anything” for them, resulting in their releases.

It’s a simple concept to just not call them up if you’re not ready to use them. It’ll save the hassle of struggling to come up with something for them. When you are ready to use them, just leave them as is. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. The NXT crowd aren’t electric for them for no reason.

    4. Experiment With Talent

With viewership for WWE at all time low’s, what’s really to lose with actually listening to fans now?

For years, WWE fans have voiced their opinions.. things they want to see. WWE always fail to deliver, let alone even listen.

With the state of the product today, WWE should pull the trigger on a lot of popular feelings in the WWE Universe, such as a Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura championship push. If there’s one thing we know, the fans will speak, and it won’t be hard to tell if these are the answers or not.. If fans truly do “want” these guys.
